I haven't posted in a while, pretty much because instead of having a job where I can sit and doodle while showing a movie or something I now actually get to teach pretty much all the time. But it's summer and I've got a bunch of examples I've been sitting on so why not put them out there.
This first one is from the Digital Arts class I started in the Spring. We used the free online programs of aviary.com and this image used their vector program called Raven. It's a pretty nice program and if you're intimidated by more robust vector programs like Adobe Illustrator I'd say that it's pretty user friendly.
The picture is a lobster. I think it turned out all right.
