Okay, so I actually drew this one a while ago, hence the ICP reference. I think it kind of looks like Kevin from "The Office" trying to be a Juggalo and taking the clown bit too far. Or maybe John Wayne Gacy if he liked rap music in addition to raping and killing teenage boys.
